• GoHighLevel (CRM and automation platform)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Meta Ads and Google Ads (advertising platforms)
• Google Sheets (data management)
• Instantly.io (email outreach)
• AI tools including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini (for campaign optimization and content assistance)
• Other tools as relevant to your specific service agreement, which will be disclosed to you

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

MediaSphere Solutions utilizes AI-powered tools (including but not limited to Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini) to assist in:

• Building and optimizing client marketing campaigns
• Content creation and copywriting
• Data analysis and insights generation
• Internal business operations and workflow automation

All AI-generated content is reviewed and refined by our team before delivery. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you acknowledge that AI tools may occasionally produce imperfect results, and final approval of all deliverables rests with the client.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
